All repaired units come with a six month warranty, and once repaired they are checked, tested and cleaned before being individually bagged and tagged with a returns code to enable tracking for warranty purposes. We aim to return all repairs within 7 working days from receipt into our Service centre.
All repaired & refurbished headsets have new Ear Cushions, Voice Tubes and Headbands where applicable, and once repaired delivered back to you free of charge subject to the quantities being returned.
