After finding out they also provided internet connectivity and network installation and maintenance services, I discussed a solution with them, alternative to a solution I had negotiated with our main IT vendor. I really liked Orbex’s solution, their honest and clear technical explanations, their proactive approach in recommending optional improvements, without pushing them. I also appreciated their responsiveness at very short notice when we decided to tweak something or we realised we had overlooked some requirements. Their support team was very knowledgeable about the work in progress and promptly redirected our queries to the relevant people. The project completed very smoothly.
