A select set of 9600 Series IP Deskphones offer touchscreen access to web-based applications, menus, calendars, and directories, plus high-quality voice calls, instant messaging, voice messaging, conference calling, and more.

Superior acoustics in the phones and handsets reduce distracting background noise and provide a broader range of audio frequencies for a more you-are-there experience. Access instant messaging, colleagues presence status, calendar, call history, web-based productivity apps and more-right from your IP phone. Large, color touchscreens and customizable softkeys make these phones easy to learn and use. Plus, use 40% to 60% less energy than you do with comparable phones.

These GigE phones don`t require a separate ethernet outlet for co-located PCs, which lowers costs while maintaining the bandwidth computers need. You also gain the option to add more data-intensive services or applications down the road.

The 9600 Series IP Deskphones work with the Avaya Aura� Platform. Most models also work with the Avaya IP Office Platform, however models 9670G and 9601 are not compatible with IP Office.
