  • All orders must include a Swyx server and users licences, other options can be included.
  • Licences for system phones: When SwyxWare is implemented, you can telephone using the telephony client SwyxIt!, SIP telephones and so-called system phones. System phones include Swyx telephones and IP system phones produced by Siemens (e.g. OptiPoint 410 series, OptiPoint 420 series or OpenStage series). A separate system phone licence is required for each system phone that is to be operated using SwyxWare. Separate licences for the system phones are to be entered in the SwyxWare administration.
  • Swyx will not be responsible for technical support or RMAs on the existing Siemens/Unify handset range, this is the responsibility of the reseller and their client.
